N and I have tried probably every boxed meal service out there. For a long time we didn’t feel like the meals were worth the expense or we just didn’t like them. Recently we started buying a box called Everyplate (they are a sister company to Hello Fresh). We have been enjoying this box SO much. A few times they forgot to pack garlic cloves (some kind of shortage?!) but when I reached out to customer service via the online chat they refunded a huge chunk from my next box. I’d say that is excellent customer service!! N has been VERY happy to eat my cooking (he is the chef of this family!) and the kids have been eating a lot of new things they’ve never tried before.
