BHG was founded by Brittanie Goldsmith in December 2014 as a sole-proprietorship headquartered in Tennessee. At BHG, Brittanie provides remotely-located contractual services to include membership database management and financial services.
Brittanie has nearly eleven years of experience in technology and database management fields. In college she taught herself HTML and CSS, and created and maintained the Salem College school newspaper’s website. She received her B.A. in Communications from Salem College in 2009, and interned at numerous media outlets including CBS Radio and NBC Sports, where she uploaded podcasts and organized broadcasting content. In 2010 she joined the Weber Merritt team, where she interned and held management positions such as the volunteer coordinator for the Faces of Coal Rally in Washington, D.C. From 2011 to 2014, she joined the Business Institute for Political Action Committee (BIPAC), and quickly progressed from Business Development Assistant to Director of Enterprise Services. During her time at BIPAC, she attended several courses in web development, programming, and database management from New Horizons Learning Center and most recently received her Oracle 11g Database Management Certification from George Mason University’s Volgenau School of Engineering. In January 2015 she founded BHG, where she continues to contract with BIPAC and several independent small companies.
